Welcome to our new blog. Our only blog. We are very new at this. We are 2 people (Joe and Bekah) who live together in Seattle. We've both traveled extensively throughout this country and others. We both have worked in the restaurant industry for years and have become quite the critics!
Recently we met a few great people at a local coffee shop and decided to go out for happy hour. During our discussion, the topic became focused on local establishments and great places to eat, and we discovered just how much we knew about our local restaurants, their food, and where to go. Yes, we've been called foodies before... On several occasions... And by different people... It was upon this realization, and at the suggestion of our new friend, that we decided to begin this blog, and on this night it's inception began. Our purpose is to feature certain area Seattle restaurants, and others from different places we've lived or traveled, different wines, beers, liquors, foods, spices, etc (and maybe share with you some of our Joeseppies?- Joe's recipes).
We welcome any comments and reviews if you've been to the featured restaurant, had the featured wine or beer, etc.
And just as a disclaimer, we do this for fun, we don't get paid, so we welcome comments of a certain nature- no pretentiousness! If we wanted such nonsense we would move to Paris or Napa...
